Vermont Route 30 begins in Brattleboro and extends north approximately 112 miles ending in Middlebury, Vermont. It is the main road between the West River Inn and Brattleboro, Townshend, and East Jamaica where Vermont Route 100 extends to Mt. Snow, Stratton Mountain and Okemo ski resorts.

From New York, New Jersey and Points to the South:

Summary: I-91 north to Vermont Route 30 north to Hill Road, Brookline, Vermont.

I-91Follow Interstate 91 (I-91) north to Vermont. Once in Vermont, take Brattleboro exit #1 (7.5 miles north of Massachusetts border). Turn right onto US-5 North/Canal Street and continue northeast to Main Street (1.2 miles). Turn left onto Main Street (US-5 North) and go north to Putney Road (US-5/Vermont Route 9 north)(0.3 miles). Take Putney Road (one-way street) to Park Place (0.2 miles). Merge left and turn left onto Park Place (one-way street). Merge right and turn right onto Vermont Route 30/Linden Street (0.1 miles).70px-Vermont_30

Continue on Vermont Route 30 through historic Newfane to Radway Hill Road (12.5 miles). Turn right onto Radway Hill Road and follow it down the hill and to the left over the green steel bridge (over the West River)(0.5 miles). Turn right onto Brookline Road/Grassy Brook Road. Continue on Brookline Road/Grassy Brook Road to Hill Road (0.3 miles). Turn left onto Hill Road. Follow Hill Road 0.5 miles. We will be on the left.

From Boston and Points to the East:

Summary: Massachusetts Route 2 west or I-90 west to I-91 north to Vermont Route 30 north, north on Route 30 to Hill Road, Brookline, Vermont.
